Dear Sir, I trust that you are well. I recently purchased a unit at the 263 Inanda Road development and I am writing this email to you in appreciation of your agent Ms Amanda Watkins.
I last bought a property 10 years ago and I have to admit, I am a bit unclear about the full purchasing process.
Ms Watkins, held my hand throughout, even providing support through her extended network.
The people in Ms Watkin’s network are efficient, professional and know their area of expertise. Personally, due to my profession, I have become impatient and slightly intolerant to delays. I am an engineer so keeping to a project timeframe is critical.
The delays on 263 have been highly frustrating for me. Ms Watkins has been my sanity, offering people who could provide me with responses and answers when other agents talked in circles and only served to frustrate me more. No guidance towards a solution is a waste of a buyer’s time. Time is money. Ms Watkins is also incredibly relatable. As a woman, she is able to draw from her own personal experiences to reassure another. I really appreciated this as this bridged the gap between buyer and seller. She is intuitive and knew her audience.
To be honest, I sincerely believe that had it been another agent selling this property to me, I would have dropped the sale a while back. I believe that giving compliments on one’s work should be done under exceptional circumstances. This appreciation email is well deserved.
Ms Watkins is an asset to any company and sales team, and I sincerely hope that this small reference plays a tiny role in Amanda’s overall career. When I do purchase my third and fourth properties, you can bet I will be seeking out the assistance of Ms Amanda Watkins. Thank you. Kind Regards, Deepa Seepersad (Pr.Sci.Nat)
